Oluwasegun Olabode, DDS, MD

Dr. Olabode grew up in California where, during the early years of his education, he became determined to pursue the field of dentistry. On his way, he attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where he received his bachelor’s in Biological Sciences.

He continued to pursue his dreams and moved to San Francisco, CA where he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. During his time there, he became enamored with the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and grew determined to be a future oral surgeon. He achieved multiple awards during his dental training at UOP including the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon’s ‘Outstanding Achievement in Undergraduate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.’

Following his undergraduate dental training, he underwent training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the State University of New York, University at Buffalo where he completed extensive training in Anesthesiology as an anesthesiology resident and also a year of General Surgery Internship as a general surgery resident. At SUNY, University at Buffalo, he received a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Certificate of Proficiency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Following completion in residency, he decided to be closer to friends and family and now brings his talents to Texas.
